Divorce settlement of Khanum Hajiyah and Muhammad Husayn Nayyiri, 1932
Muhammad Husayn Nayyiri, son of the late Karbalayi Aqa Buzurg resident of Bazar-i Murgh neighborhood, triple-divorced his wife, Khanum Hajiyah, daughter of Aqa Karim.

Marriage contract of Raf‘at Khanum Shirazi and ‘Abd al-Husayn Dashtistani, 1930
Marriage contract of Raf‘at Khan [um], daughter of Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Kazim Shirazi, and Aqa Sayyid ‘Abd al-Husayn Dashtistani, son of Haji Sayyid Murtaza Dashtistani. The mahr was one hundred and fifty Ottoman lira, fifty of which was paid in advance and the rest of which was due. There are some marginal notes with different dates, signed by Raf‘at Shirazi, stating that she had received parts of the remaining mahr.

Marriage contract between Zahra Khanum (ʻIzzat al-Saltanah), daughter of Nizam al-Saltanah, and ʻAbbas Mirza, son of ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma. The sidaq (mahr) is ten thousand tumans - 1,500 tumans in cash, three shares in the village of Dalaki near Shiraz, valued at 8,500 tumans, and a handwritten Qur’an.

Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Ruqayah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Ja‘far Jarrah [the surgeon] from Shiraz, who was married to Mirza Ahmad and now is Aqa ‘Ali Aqa's wife, in order to get her mahr (according to the marriage contract) from Mirza Sadra and Haji Mirza Aqa, brothers of Mirza Ahmad, and to get her share of Mirza Ahmad's inheritance. Settlement between Hajiyah Khaunm and her mother, 1916
Settlement on July 20, 1916, between Hajiyah Khaunm, daughter of Haji Ghulam Husayn Zari‘ [the farmer] from Dih Buzurg, and her mother, Bibi Baygum Jan (daughter of Karbalayi Haydar), over Hajiyah Khanum's mahr from her marriage to Mirza ‘Abbas Khan, son of Mirza Luft Allah Mustawfi, and all of the dowry taken to her husband's house, for some crystal candy and one hundred dinars. On the margin, Hajiyah Khanum's father has confirmed this settlement and has sealed it.

Letter written by the attorney of Sayyid Husayn's wife to the lower court, 1929
Sayyid Husayn coercively divorced his wife, in the presence of Sayyid Abu al-Qasim (prayer leader of ‘Ali mosque), with the wife waiving her mahr and the condition of no return after divorce. Now after five months, when she wants to marry another man, Sayyid Husayn claims that he wants to remarry her, even though her marriage contract has been abrogated.
